Before Everything
This user guide is not meant to describe every aspects of the mod list in detail but it will help you to understand how Nolvus Awakening works as well as the basic mechanics and every most commonly asked questions about the list.
In Nolvus Awakening, you don't do the normal vanilla start (a.k.a the cart intro) but instead you will start in a room and the game will directly load the character creation menu.
You will have the usual customization sliders to define your character to your liking with lot of addons.
Nolvus Awakening comes with lot of character presets, if you want to load a preset, click on the preset tab then load preset
Select your gender
Select your Race
Select your preset file (remember the name of the preset)
Click on the sculpt tab
Click on import head
Click on head sculpts, your race and gender
Finally, take the same preset name you selected before.
If your character has weird glitches on the head or anywhere else, please be sure to set Face part to 4 (High Poly Head)
When your character has been created, you will stand in a room where you can find some starting gears, weapons and spells.
Don't exit the room right away!!! Wait for the mods initialization messages (on the top right corner) to be gone. This can take a couple of minutes.
When it's done, you have 2 possibilities
When talking to the dragon, a screen will appear letting you choose your start scenario. There are plenty of different choices to suit your need/build.
Exiting the room after selecting your start scenario will spawn you at the location specified in the start scenario and you can begin your journey.
You have the choice to never start the main quest and do everything you want in the game, the wall words will be still available though.
