In Nolvus Awakening, changing weapons placement (sword on back, dagger on back hip,...) is done through Immersive Equipment Display. Press the F7 button on your keyboard to open the IED menu.
The Following screen will appear
Select placement
Then select the weapon you want and click on the dropdown list to select your placement.
Not all placement have corresponding sheath/unsheath animations like dagger on ankle for instance.
If you want any weapons to be displayed on your character, you need to favorite the ones you would want to be displayed and they will always be displayed even when unequipped.
Sometimes, your equipment can clip (this is sadly unavoidable with Skyrim), to minimize that you can change your weapon position.
Press the F7 button on your keyboard to open the IED menu.
You can play with these values (position/rotation) to move your weapon accordingly.
This can be also usefull if you want to have sword and greatsword equipped on back (The Witcher Style).
In this case both the sword and greatsword are favorited (so they can both be displayed) and i changed the greatsword position as explained above to have this result.
You can remove your helmet in an immersive fashion. The equipping/unequipping animations are already handled by the mod Immersive Equipping Animations as described in the interactions section, but you can also decide when to wear your helmet or when to remove it as well as having your helmet on waist when unequipped.
To configure that, you need to go to the Helmet Toggle MCM menu.
When you are using a custom keybind to remove your helmet, it will stay equipped and then count for some perks of the Heavy and Light armor skill trees.
To put your helmet on waist, press the F7 button on your keyboard to open the IED menu.
Then click on View->Custom Items
Then select Helmet Toggle 2, choose your gender and click on Apply
When the helmet will be unequipped, you will get this result.
By default in Nolvus Awakening, the shields are always on back, to change this behaviour, in Mod organizer 2, double click on the mod Simple Dual Sheath
You can remove the player flag from the line.
Set the flag like this -> Flags=FirstPerson|NPC
If you want to remove shields on back for npcs as well.
Set the flag like this -> Flags=FirstPerson
To change the default quiver position, press the F7 button on your keyboard to open the IED menu.
Select placement, then Quiver Left-Hip Bolt.
