After selecting your start scenario or exiting the room without talking to the dragon (as explained in the previous Starting the Game section), you will have different ways of starting the main quest.
WARNING!!! In Nolvus Awakening some aspects of the main quest has been modified, click here for more info.
Either you selected a starting scenario or exited the room without talking to the dragon, The Nolvus Awakening Quest will start.
To start the main quest you will need to go to Helgen (not destroyed) and speak to Matlara at the inn, ask her to rent a special room and sleep in the bed
In Nolvus Awakening to sleep in a bed you need first to lie in bed then press the wait key.
When done, you will wake up hearing a kid saying that some soldiers are coming, exit the inn and the vanilla start will begin.
The imperials will come in cart with their prisonners and you will witness the vanilla start execution but this time without being a prisonner (as you normally are in the standard vanilla start).
Alduin will attack and the normal way of doing the vanilla intro will continue as usual.
If you talked to the dragon in the start room and selected the Dragonborn scenario.
You will directly spawn at High Hrothgar (being the Dragonborn), the Nolvus Awakening quest will not start and the following quests will be completed right away
