If you want to gain some fps, double click on the mod and select INI Files tab
Modify the value for iMinGrassSize higher value means less grass density and higher fps, lower value means higher grass density and lower fps
Reduce grass clipping with grass mods.

In the game main menu load your last saved game.
Start to test if all the mods have been installed correctly.
Make a save game and exit the game.
