Beyond Skyrim makes changes to the Investor Perk. This patch attaches the quest beyond skyrim adds to the investor perk to Ordinators version of the investor perk.

Select SKSE and click on Run
In the game main menu create a new game.
Start to test if all the mods have been installed correctly.
Make a save game and exit the game.
